Hybridization of food governance (with dr. Tetty Havinga, Radboud University, Nijmegen) 2013 – 2018
In this project we examine the ongoing interplay between public and private food standards. By engaging with key actors in the field, we aim to uncover trends, types and results of regulatory schemes in which state actors coordinate, collaborate or co-design arrangements of food safety governance.
